As an agent myself, I know what to look for in a great real estate agent. When my wife and I needed to sell our home in Carlsbad and I wasn’t able to do it myself because we had moved out of town, Bill was the obvious choice to represent us. He is a great communicator, extremely reliable, honest and upfront, and got the results I was looking for. I highly recommend Bill and refer all my San Diego clients to him because I know I can count on Bill to take great care of them like he did for my family.

I was referred to Bill by a close friend who said what a great job he did selling his Condo. Bill went above and beyond with amazing communication, diligent professionalism and superb diplomacy with the sale of my mom's house. He navigated a smooth transition through the escrow no matter what issues arose.
I really can't express enough how much I enjoyed working with Bill and the high level of client care he delivered.

Bill did an amazing job finding my husband's and my dream home! He was there every step of the way, patiently answering all our many questions. This being our first time home, his knowledge, expertise and experience enabled us to beat out three cash offers with our FHA loan, and not by paying more. Our escrow lasted less than 20 days. If we ever go to purchase another house down the road, Bill will be the first person we will go to. We highly recommend Bill Hays for your home buying needs!

I have bought and sold over 50 properties in the last 31 years and Bill is the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is honest, responsive, intelligent,experienced and a fun person. He facilitated the sale of my condo working with the buyer as well as me. When I started the home buying process I had no idea where to start. My parents recommended BeachBrokerBill and from our initial conversation he made me feel comfortable and broke things down into a language I could understand. Bill was very attentive and explained every step of the process, which was very foreign to me as a first time homebuyer. I knew I could trust him, his knowledge, and his advice. My purchase was a short sale so it took a while to close, but as Bill kept reminding me over the months, it was totally worth it and he did an amazing job making it happen. I couldn't be happier with my condo, it has everything I was looking for. I HIGHLY recommend Bill!

Working with Bill was different than any other agent I've ever dealt with. Most agents tell you what you want to hear to get the listing vs. Bill telling me the facts and what to expect through the selling process. He was honest from the beginning about the value of my house, where I needed to make some slight cosmetic changes and what the market was really doing.
Bill takes great care in a few very important concepts -- he's genuine, approachable, easy to work with, professional, reliable, conscientious, and just a client-first type of agent.
Bill designed a strategy and implemented it. Most agents just want an easy sale and will push me to drop my price to get the sale done. In my case, Bill and I agreed on a bottom line number. We didn't hit it but he worked just as hard while never trying to talk me in to something I wasn't comfortable with.
Bill's knowledge in the local market is really strong. He is able to uncover the great opportunities that are out there and really uses technology to his advantage.
